Comparative analysis and implementation of techniques and methods for evaluating the software quality of smart mobile phone applications

اهميت تلفن‌هاي همراه در زندگي و فعاليت‌هاي روزمره ما انكار ناپذير است. اين امر به اين دليل است كه در دنياي امروز تلفن‌هاي همراه ديگر يك وسيله‌ي ارتباطي معمولي نيستند. بسياري از كارهاي روزمره با استفاده از برنامه‌هاي تلفن همراه انجام مي‌شوند. هر نرم‌افزار يا برنامه‌ي تلفن‌همراه، يك چرخه را طي مي‌كند تا توليد شود و به استفاده‌ي كاربر نهايي برسد. يكي از اين مراحلي كه يك نرم‌افزار طي مي‌كند، مرحله آزمون نرم‌افزار است. كيفيت نرم‌افزار به عنوان يك شاخص حياتي براي توليد نرم افزارهاي با كيفيت بالا مورد توجه قرار دارد، چرا كه ضمن بالا بردن بهره-وري در توليد نرم‌افزارها، باعث ايجاد نرم‌افزارهاي قدرتمند و شكست ناپذير مي شود و همچنين رضايت مشتري را به دنبال خواهد داشت. هدف از آزمون نرم‌افزار اين است كه متوجه شويم نرم‌افزار توليد شده به چه ميزان با نيازمندي‌هاي مشخص شده، نيازهاي مشتري و يا انتظارات آن‌ها تطابق دارد و در نهايت يك محصول با كمترين ميزان خطا و مشكل براي استفاده كاربر، ارائه شود. در اين مقاله ضمن بررسي و تحليل ابزارها و روش‌هاي ارزيابي كيفيت و آزمون برنامه‌هاي تلفن همراه هوشمند از چهار ديدگاه كاربردپذيري، عملكرد، سازگاري و انرژي، روش استفاده از ابزار منتخب و اجراي آزمون‌ها در هر ديدگاه شرح داده خواهد شد.

The importance of mobile phones in our daily life and activities is undeniable. This is because in today s world, mobile phones are no longer a common means of communication. Many daily tasks are performed using mobile applications. Every software or mobile application goes through a cycle to be developed and used by the end user. One of these stages is the software testing. Software quality is considered as a key indicator for the production of high-quality software, because while increasing the productivity in the production of software, it creates powerful and stable software and also leads to customer satisfaction. The purpose of software testing is to find out how well the produced software matches the specified requirements, customer needs, or their expectations, and finally to provide a product with the least number of errors and problems for the user. In this article, while reviewing and analyzing the tools and methods for evaluating the quality and testing of smart mobile phone applications from the four perspectives of usability, performance, compatibility and energy, the method of using the selected tools and performing tests in each perspective will be described.
