ارتباط بين تست هاي پايايي و بهبود كيفيت سامانه: مطالعه موردي صنعت فناوري اطلاعات و فولاد مباركه

The relationship between reliability tests and system quality improvement: a case study of information technology industry and Mobarake steel

اين مقاله به بررسي ارتباط بين تست‌هاي پايايي و بهبود كيفيت سامانه در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات مي‌پردازد. مباني نظري مقاله با تأكيد بر اهميت تست‌هاي پايايي در فرآيند توسعه و اجراي سامانه‌ها آغاز شده و سپس به توضيح ارتباط ميان تست‌هاي پايايي و بهبود كيفيت با استفاده از مطالعات موردي در صنعت فناوري اطلاعات پرداخته است. با بهره گيري از ادبيات پژوهش در دسترس و همچنين مطالعات ميداني و نظرخواهي از خبرگان، عوامل مؤثر بر پياده سازي RCM شناسايي شدند. سپس با استفاده از مطالعات ميداني و با نظرخواهي از اعضاي نمونه يافته هاي پژوهش گرداوري شد. مقاله با تبيين نتايج اين مطالعات موردي به تحليل اثربخشي تست‌هاي پايايي در بهبود امنيت، عملكرد، و پايداري سامانه‌هاي IT مي‌پردازد. در نهايت، اين مقاله نتايج حاصله را به عنوان راهنمايي براي سازمان‌ها و توسعه‌دهندگان سامانه‌هاي IT ارائه مي‌كند تا از ارتقاء كيفيت سامانه‌هاي خود بهره‌مند شوند و از مزاياي تست‌هاي پايايي بهره‌مند گردند.

This article examines the relationship between reliability tests and system quality improvement in the field of information technology. The theoretical foundations of the article began by emphasizing the importance of reliability tests in the process of developing and implementing systems, and then explained the relationship between reliability tests and quality improvement using case studies in the information technology industry. Using the available research literature, as well as field studies and expert opinions, the factors affecting the implementation of RCM were identified. Then, by using field studies and asking the opinion of the sample members, the findings of the research were compiled. By explaining the results of these case studies, the article analyzes the effectiveness of reliability tests in improving the security, performance, and stability of IT systems. Finally, this article presents the results as a guide for organizations and developers of IT systems to benefit from the improvement of the quality of their systems and benefit from the benefits of reliability tests
