در دهه‌هاي اخير، انقلاب صنعتي جديد به نام صنعت ۴.۰ به وجود آمده است كه با بهره‌گيري از فناوري‌هاي پيشرفته، از جمله اينترنت اشياء، هوش مصنوعي، اتوماسيون پيشرفته و ديگر نوآوري‌هاي فني، تغييرات عميقي در صنايع و توليد ايجاد كرده است. يكي از اهداف اساسي اين انقلاب، افزايش قابليت اطمينان و توسعه پايدار در ساختارهاي صنعتي مي‌باشد. هدف اصلي اين مقاله با توجه به روش تحقيق مرور نظام مند تفصيل تأثيرات مثبت و امكانات جديدي كه تكنولوژي‌هاي صنعت ۴.۰ در مسير ايجاد قابليت اطمينان و توسعه پايدار است كه قرار است آن را بيان كنيم. در اين مقاله، به بررسي تأثيرات مثبت فناوري‌هاي صنعت ۴.۰ بر افزايش قابليت اطمينان و توسعه پايدار پرداختيم. اتوماسيون اطلاعاتي، توليد انعطاف‌پذير، پيش‌بيني و نظارت هوشمند، پايش محيطي، مديريت زنجيره تأمين هوشمند و توليد با كارآيي بالا از جمله عناصر كليدي هستند كه در اين ارتقاء نقش ايفا مي‌كنند. هوش مصنوعي و تجزيه و تحليل داده، بهينه‌سازي فرآيندها و افزايش شفافيت در زنجيره تأمين نيز از جمله رويكردهاي مؤثر در اين زمينه محسوب مي‌شوند. با ادغام مناسب اين فناوري‌ها، كسب و كارها مي‌توانند نه تنها به كاهش هزينه‌ها و افزايش بهره‌وري بپردازند بلكه به مسير تحقق توسعه پايدار نيز گام بردارند.

The main goal of this article, according to the systematic review research method, is to describe the positive effects and new possibilities that Industry 4.0 technologies have in the way of creating reliability and sustainable development In this article, we examined the positive effects of Industry 4.0 technologies on increasing reliability and sustainable development. Information automation, flexible production, intelligent forecasting and monitoring, environmental monitoring, intelligent supply chain management and high-efficiency production are among the key elements that play a role in this upgrade. Artificial intelligence and data analysis, optimizing processes and increasing transparency in the supply chain are also considered effective approaches in this field. By properly integrating these technologies, businesses can not only reduce costs and increase productivity, but also take a step towards achieving sustainable development.
