Improving the quality and safety of a marine system using the requirements management process

چكيده گستردگي سيستم‌ها به اندازه دنيايي است كه در آن قرار دارند. سيستم‌ها در حقيقت اجتماع يا تركيبي از عناصر يا اجزاي مرتبط با هم است كه تشكيل‌دهنده يك كل واحد بوده و داراي هدف مشتركي مي‌باشند. لازم به ذكر است كه سيستم‌ها مي‌توانند به بزرگي كل هستي يا كوچكي يك اتم باشند. هدايت فرآيند مهندسي در سيستم‌ها موجب ايجاد يك رويكرد بين رشته‌اي به نام مهندسي سيستم شده است. ‌مفهوم‌ هدايت ‌در‌ قدم ‌نخست ‌به ‌معناي ‌انتخاب‌ بهترين‌ مسير‌ از‌ ميان ‌مسيرهاي ‌موجود ‌و ‌سپس ‌راهبري، ‌جهت‌دهي ‌و‌ مديريت ‌فرآيند ‌در ‌مسير ‌انتخابي ‌است. در اين زمينه مديريت الزامات به عنوان يكي از مراحل اوليه از فرآيند توسعه محصول است كه مي‌تواند با يك نگاه جامع و دقيق الزامات را مهندسي نموده و موجب توليد محصولي شود كه نيازهاي كاربران را برآورده سازد. سيستم‌هاي دريايي نيز همانند ساير سيستم‌ها و به تبع انجام عمليات در زير آب داراي اهميت ويژه‌اي در زمينه موارد ايمني است. از اين‌رو سنجش شرايط عمليات و ارزيابي الزامات و تعيين امكان‌سنجي‌هاي لازم جهت برآورده سازي آن‌ها در ابتداي پروژه امري لازم و غيرقابل انكار است كه نيازمند تلاش در جهت مهندسي سيستم و ايجاد رويكردي يكپارچه در زمينه جهت‌دهي فعاليت‌ها خواهد بود.

In fact, systems are a community or a combination of elements or components related to each other that form a single whole and have a common goal. It should be noted that systems can be as big as the whole being or as small as an atom. Guiding the engineering process in systems has created an interdisciplinary approach called system engineering. The concept of guidance in the first step means choosing the best path among the existing paths and then guiding, directing and managing the process in the selected path. In this context, requirements management is one of the first stages of the product development process, which can engineer the requirements with a comprehensive and accurate view and produce a product that meets the needs of users. Marine systems, like other systems, and as a result, conducting operations under water, have a special importance in the field of safety issues. Therefore, measuring the operation conditions and evaluating the requirements and determining the necessary feasibility to fulfill them at the beginning of the project is a necessary and undeniable thing that requires efforts in the direction of system engineering and creating an integrated approach in the field of directing activities.
