Productivity improvement through kaizen approach in home appliance industry

اين تحقيق بر ارتقاء بهره‌وري در صنعت لوازم خانگي از طريق رويكرد كايزن تمركز دارد. سازمانهاي ‏مختلف به منظور پاسخ به چالش هاي رقابتي امروزه در پي پياده سازي توليد ناب ميباشند كاربرد ‏تكنيكهاي ناب در صنايع توليدي و حتي خدماتي در نوشته ها و مقالات ديده ميشود. توليد ناب از ‏ديدگاه كاركردي و عملياتي شامل پياده سازي مجموعه اي از ابزارها و تكنيكهاست كه درصدد كاهش ‏ضايعات در شركت و زنجيره ارزش مي گردد.‏ مسئله اصلي شامل شناسايي و كاهش اتلافات و موداهاي مرتبط با فرآيند ها در سيستم توليد مي‌باشد. ‏پرسش‌هاي اصلي در اين تحقيق بر تعريف و اقدامات اصلاحي جهت بهبود بهره‌وري و تحقق هدف‌هاي ‏كايزن در حذف و يا كاهش اتلاف هايي همچون توليد اضافي، حمل و نقل و ... تمركز دارد. از روش‌هاي ‏گوناگوني چون بررسي مطالعات موردي و تحليل‌هاي ميداني همچنين ترسيم نقشه جريان ارزش براي ‏شناسايي موداها و اجراي اقدامات اصلاحي استفاده مي‌شود. نتايج حاصل از تحقيق نشان مي‌دهند كه ‏اعمال رويكرد كايزن منجر به بهبود كارايي فرايندهاي توليدي در صنعت لوازم خانگي شده و اتلافات را ‏كاهش داده است، كه بهبود قابل توجهي در بهره‌وري را نمايان مي‌كند و درنهايت با ايجاد تغييرات مثبت ‏به صورت مستمر در سازمان، منجر به ارتقاء فرهنگ كار تيمي، افزايش مشاركت كاركنان، ‏ايجاد چابكي ‏سازمان، افزايش رقابت‌پذيري و بطور كلي بهبود بهره وري، عملكرد و در نهايت تبديل سازمان به يك ‏سازمان ‏متعالي و پيشرو نسبت به رقباي خود مي‌گردد.‏

Abstract This research focuses on improving productivity in the home appliance industry through ?the Kaizen approach. In order to respond to competitive challenges, various ?organizations are pursuing the implementation of lean production today. The use of lean ?techniques in manufacturing and even service industries can be seen in writings and ?articles. From a functional and operational point of view, lean production includes the ?implementation of a set of tools and techniques that try to reduce waste in the company ?and the value chain.? The main issue includes identifying and reducing waste and mods related to processes in ?the production system. The main questions in this research focus on the definition and ?corrective measures to improve productivity and achieve the goals of kaizen in ?eliminating or reducing waste such as excess production, transportation, etc. Various ?methods such as case studies and field analyze are used as well as value flow mapping ?to identify trends and implement corrective measures. The results of the research show ?that the application of the Kaizen approach has led to the improvement of the efficiency ?of production processes in the home appliance industry and has reduced waste, which ?shows a significant improvement in productivity and finally by making positive changes ?continuously in The organization leads to the improvement of teamwork culture, ?increasing employee participation, creating organizational agility, increasing ?competitiveness and generally improving productivity, performance, and finally turning ?the organization into an excellent and leading organization compared to its competitors.?
