In this paper, we take a closer look at the weighted von Mises distribution. we study the structural properties of the probability density function, Trigonometric moment, mean resultant lenghts and mean direction of this distribution, as is this of a particularly flexible family of distribution for the symmetric, asymmetric, unimodal and multimodal cases.
