بررسي نقش اخلاقيات در تربيت دانشجويان در تراز انقلاب اسلامي

Investigating the role of ethics in the education of students at the level of the Islamic Revolution

هدايت و تربيت انسان ها و تهذيب نفوس يكي از مهم ترين اهداف و خواسته هاي انبيا (عليهم السلام) به ويژه پيامبر اكرم (صلي الله عليه و آله) و مكتب حياتبخش اسلام بوده و مي باشد. با وجود اين، اهميت اخلاق و تربيت اخلاقي به اسلام و جوامع اسلامي اختصاص ندارد؛ تجربه نشان داده است انسان، خواه متدين يا غير متدين، هيچ گاه حتي در دوره مدرن و پسامدرن، بي نياز از اخلاق و تربيت اخلاقي نبوده و نيست. ضرورت اخلاق دانشجويي آنجايي است كه اخلاق گريزي، تأثير ژرف بر تخريب مباني اخلاقي جامعه و دور شدن جامعه از مسير ديني خود دارد. اسلامي شدن دانشگاه ها، نيز در گرو اخلاقي بودن آنهاست. رعايت اصول اخلاقي دانشجويي، نقش مهمي در انسجام و اتحاد جامعة بشري، امنيت اجتماعي، گسترش دين الهي و توليد دانش و تحقيقات علمي ايفا مي كند و از آنجايي كه رهبري گام دوم انقلاب بر عهده ي جوانان مي باشد، بررسي مواردي كه آن ها را در اين راستا قرار مي دهد ضروري است. پاي‌بندي به اصول و ارزش‌هاي اخلاقي حرفه‌اي در دانشگاه ها علي الخصوص بين دانشجويان كه سكاندار آينده ي اين مرز و بوم اند، بسيار حايز اهميت است. اين مطالعه با هدف بررسي نقش مولفه‌هاي اخلاقي در تربيت دانشجويان در تراز انقلاب اسلامي مبتني بر رهيافت اسلامي–ايراني انجام يافته است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف بنيادي و از لحاظ ماهيت، توصيفي از نوع تحليلي است و از روش كتابخانه‌اي براي تهيه ادبيات تحقيق و از روش دلفي مبتني بر نظرخواهي از خبرگان، براي جمع آوري داده هاي استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق هنجارهاي فردي براي سنجش اصول اخلاقي را تحت عناوين صداقت، وظيفه‌شناسي و پاسخگويي، عدالت و انصاف، احترام، تعهد و قول درست، سعي و كوشش مطرح نمود كه دست اندركاران نظام آموزشي براي تربيت اخلاقي دانشجو بايد مدنظر قرار دهند.

Guiding and educating people and refining souls was and is one of the most important goals and desires of the prophets (peace be upon them), especially the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of God be upon him) and the life-giving school of Islam. Despite this, the importance of ethics and moral education is not exclusive to Islam and Islamic societies; Experience has shown that man, whether he is religious or non-religious, has never, even in the modern and post-modern era, been without the need for ethics and moral education. The necessity of student ethics is that apathy has a profound effect on the destruction of the moral foundations of the society and the society s departure from its religious path. Islamization of universities also depends on their morality. Observance of student moral principles plays an important role in the cohesion and unity of human society, social security, the spread of divine religion and the production of knowledge and scientific research. places in this direction is necessary. It is very important to adhere to professional ethical principles and values in universities, especially among students who are the helmsman of the future of this border and region. This study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the role of moral components in the education of students at the level of the Islamic Revolution based on the Islamic-Iranian approach. This research is descriptive and analytical in terms of its fundamental purpose, and the library method was used to prepare the research literature and the Delphi method based on expert opinion was used to collect data. The results of the research revealed individual norms for measuring moral principles under the headings of honesty, conscientiousness and accountability, justice and fairness, respect, commitment and true promise, effort and effort, which should be taken into consideration by those involved in the educational system for the moral education of students.
