تعيين هنجارهاي اخلاقي كسب و كار بر اساس رهيافت اسلامي – ايراني در صنايع دارويي اصفهان

Determining the ethical norms of business based on the Islamic-Iranian approach in pharmaceutical industries of Isfahan

تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي مولفه هاي استقرار نظام بازاريابي اخلاقي مبتني بر رهيافت اسلامي – ايراني با تاكيد بر صنايع دارويي انجام شده است. اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ ماهيت، توصيفي از نوع تحليلي است و از روش كتابخانه‌اي براي تهيه ادبيات تحقيق و از روش دلفي مبتني بر نظرخواهي از خبرگان، براي جمع آوري داده هاي آماري استفاده شده است. به منظور نيل به هدف اين تحقيق با رويكردي كاربردي و با روش پيمايشي مبادرت به تدوين پرسشنامه اوليه محقق ساخته از مولفه هاي استقرار نظام كسب و كار اخلاقي مبتني بر رهيافت اسلامي – ايراني نموده است. سپس از طريق تكنيك دلفي كه همانا يك فن پيمايشي با تكيه بر هم ‌انديشي و بهره گيري از دانش و ديدگاه تخصصي افراد خبره و كارشناس است، پس از طي سه مرحله، اتفاق نظر و اجماع گروه دلفي اقدام به گزارش مولفه هاي استقرار نظام كسب و كار اخلاقي مبتني بر رهيافت اسلامي – ايراني گرديد. جامعه آماري در اين پژوهش به منظور در نظر گرفتن جنبه هاي علمي، فني و تخصصي، تعداد 30 نفر از خبرگان در حوزه ي نظام كسب و كار(اساتيد كسب و كار و خبرگان كسب و كار صنايع دارويي) تعيين گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با رويكرد تركيبي و بر اساس مطالعات عميق و ساختاريافته و تحليل محتوا انجام يافته است. نتايج نشان داد كه، هنجارهاي اجتماعي، هنجارهاي سازماني، هنجارهاي سبز، هنجارهاي فردي، هنجارهاي 4Ps و هنجارهاي مذهبي از الزامات استقرار نظام كسب و كار اخلاقي مبتني بر رهيافت اسلامي – ايراني با تاكيد بر صنايع دارويي مي باشند.

The present research was conducted with the aim of identifying the components of establishing an ethical marketing system based on the Islamic-Iranian approach with an emphasis on pharmaceutical industries. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature, and the library method was used to prepare the research literature and the Delphi method based on expert opinion was used to collect statistical data. In order to achieve the goal of this research, with a practical approach and a survey method, the researcher has started to compile a preliminary questionnaire made of the components of establishing an ethical business system based on the Islamic-Iranian approach. Then, through the Delphi technique, which is a survey technique based on mutual thinking and taking advantage of the knowledge and specialized views of experts, after three stages, the consensus and consensus of the Delphi group proceeded to report the components of the establishment of the system. Ethical business was based on Islamic-Iranian approach. Statistical population in this research in order to consider scientific, technical and specialized aspects, the number of 30 experts in the field of business system (business professors and pharmaceutical industry business experts) was determined. Data analysis was done with a combined approach based on deep and structured studies and content analysis. The results showed that social norms, organizational norms, green norms, individual norms, 4Ps norms and religious norms are among the requirements for establishing an ethical business system based on Islamic-Iranian approach with emphasis on pharmaceutical industries.
