امروزه رشــد پر شــتاب علم‌ و ظهور فناوري‌ هاي‌ جديد از يك‌ســو و از هم‌گســيختگي‌ مباني‌ سـنتي‌ اخلاق در جوامع‌ از ســوي‌ ديگر، اهميت‌ اخلاق حرفه‌اي‌ را دو چندان كرده است‌. امروزه با گسترش جوامع انساني نياز به وجود سازمانهاي متولي امور مختلف نيز بيشتر احساس مي شود. اين در حالي است كه تأسيس سازمانهاي جديد و حتي نگه داشت بهينه ي سازمانهاي قديمي نيازمند حضور و فعاليت منابع انساني كار آمد و متخصص است. از آنجا كه هر سازمان جامعه اي منحصر به فرد است لزوم رعايت و اشاعه ي عوامل مؤثر بر اخلاق كاري بيشتر احساس مي شود. اخلاق كسب و كار از جمله مسائل مهم سازمانها محسوب مي شود كه عدم شناخت شاخص ها و التزام بـه رعايـت آنهـا مي توانـد پيامدهاي منفي جامعه ستيز گوناگوني درپي داشته باشد. هدف از اين مقاله مروري، ترسيم يك تصوير واضح و جامع از اخلاق كسب و كار و راهكارهاي اجرايي شدن آن در سازمانها و كسب و كارها مي باشد.

Today, the rapid growth of science and the emergence of new technologies on the one hand and the disintegration of the traditional foundations of ethics in societies on the other hand have doubled the importance of professional ethics. Today, with the expansion of human societies, the need for organizations in charge of various affairs is felt more. At the same time, the establishment of new organizations and even the optimal maintenance of old organizations require the presence and activity of efficient and expert human resources. Since every social organization is unique, the need to observe and spread the factors affecting work ethics is felt more. Business ethics is considered as one of the important issues of organizations, the lack of recognition of the indicators and the commitment to comply with them can have various negative anti-social consequences. The purpose of this review article is to draw a clear and comprehensive picture of business ethics and its implementation solutions in organizations and businesses.
