. Drug delivery through reservoir-based microneedle has become very important due to its non-invasiveness and the ability to deliver a wide range of drugs. In this paper, we consider a system of partial differential equations to describe the transport of bound drug, free drug and water in the reservoir, microneedle, skin and blood vessel. The system of equations is completed with interface boundary conditions, initial and boundary conditions. The initial and boundary value problem is studied from a numerical point of view for qualitative behaviour
