Optimal control of M2 macrophage in idiopathic pulmonary brosis

In this paper,We propose an optimal control problem for theM2 macrophage in idiopathic pulmonary brosis. First, we convert di usion equation M2 to an ordinary di erential equations system. Then, We solve the optimal control problem using the optimal linear regulator method. Our goal is to reduce the M2 di usion with control of the macrophage M1 when an injury occurs in lung tissue.
