.It has been many years since humans have struggled with infectious diseases, and many people have died of infectious diseases. Today, humans can be vaccinated against many diseases, but not all diseases. One of the important strategies in mathematical modeling to prevent the progression of the disease is the use of optimal control. The improved version of SEIR model is developed in infectious diseases, where the goal is to develop an optimal vaccination strategy against the spread of disease. For this purpose, we use optimal control of the model in which the vaccine affects the SEIR model in a certain state where the vaccine is available. In this paper, we use the optimal control technique to control the prevalence of an infectious disease.
