Overview of the Types of Mathematical Modeling for Tumor

According to the studies, cancer is one of the main causes of death in the world and the increasing importance of gene expression changes in the creation of different types of cancer, the emergence of new biotechnology has led to studies in recent years to study the epidemiology of this disease. One of these is mathematical modeling. Mathematical models explaining the mechanism of growth and destruction are important to predict the behavior of cancer cells and metastasis. In this paper, we introduce and study the mathematical models presented for growth and proliferation of tumors so that the findings and interpretations are summarized and the main themes of research are highlighted. These models include deterministic and stochastic models.
