There are some nonlinear ordinary differential equations which arises in biology and physiology problems. Mostly the analytic solution of these kind of problems doesn’t exist or is very hard to achieve. This paper is using the Genocchi polynomials for numerical solution of these equations. By use of the operational matrix of derivative of Genocchi polynomials and collocation points we convert this nonlinear ordinary differential equation to a nonlinear algebraic equation that can be solved easily. The implementation of current approach is very simple. To show the efficiently of the proposed method the Genocchi polynomials results are compared by real solutions and other method results.
