In this paper, the effect of ortho-xylene at electrode modified by nickel tetraphenylporphyrin as
electrocatalysis for ortho-xylene oxidation in fuel cell was studied, which were prepared using reduction
method combined with a drying procedure at room temperature. Conventional method for obtain the
electrode modified by nickel tetraphenylporphyrin using cyclic voltammetry. In this study, decrease the
reduction potential of nickel tetraphenylporphyrin by ortho-xylene and that electrocatalysis oxidation was
observed.
