This study was aimed at comparison of learning style and critical thinking disposition of male bilingual and monolingual students of third grade high school in Tabriz and Shiraz cities. In this study, 367 students of between 8682 were chosen from two groups of mathematics and humanistic Sciences fields. thay were selected via multistage cluster random sampling
and accomplished Learning style inventory with reliability(CE, ./64), (RO, ./67), (AC, ./64), (AC, ./68). Research method, was causal- comparison method. Data were analyzed via descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test). Results indicated that: 1- Learning style of monolingual students, in humanistic sciences field, were assimilator style and learning style of monolingual students, in mathematics-physics field, were assimilator and convergent style. learning style of bilingual students, in humanistic sciences field, were assimilator and learning style of bilingual students, in mathematics-physics field were convergent style. 2- learning style of bilingual and monolingual students were significant in divergent style and convergent, assimilator, and accommodator styles were not significant between bilingual and monolingual students.
