Effect of sustainable development patterns using SWOT matrix in terms of urban renewal Ivan

Abstract Cities as the most important biological communities present century, over the past need to consider the environmental and ecological aspects in addition to aspects of social, political, economic and quality improvement perspective. The term "urban landscape" can be read as a series of perceptual effects, as well as field-cultural, and philosophical context its place in a variety of shapes, patterns, forms of life and many natural creatures. Obviously, such a situation is considered in terms of the impact on the living conditions and the interaction between humans and the natural and built environment. For this study, we have used the SWOT matrix technique. After identifying the internal and external criteria based on the principles of sustainable development and offer strategies: SO and WO and ST and WT and weighting factors was obtained the final strategy.
