Study of lead exported from yellow alkyd based paint, created by different grinding of lead chromate.

Lead such as any Heavy metals can effect on animal and human body in different ways for the continuation of infection is caused poisoning. In this study, the lead out of the dried paint film containing lead chromate pigment with different grinding was determined. Each samples measured by the weatherometer, to simulate corrosion precipitation of solar radiation and atmospheric. Finally, the amount of lead in the water in contact with the paint film was determined by atomic absorption method. Study of results confirmed the possibility of leakage of pigment out of the dry film. Also, by comparing the results, the measured lead left the paint film, reduces by the Lower size of the pigments used in its construction. In the other words it linked by reducing the size of the pigment, the lead-out of the network alkyd resin is reduced. Manufactured Sample colors of lead chromate pigments with higher grinding size were increases the lead in the water contact with them was more than the standard. The lead determined for paint made by 25 micron pigment dimensions was 12/42 ppm up to 125 times greater the international standards
