The current study focuses on the effect of TiO2 Nanoparticle coating on photodegradation of printed fabric. In order to do that, poly ester fabric was printed using two different methods, digital and conventional printings. After printing process, a thin transparent layer of TiO2 nanoparticles has been coated on the fabrics through a dippad–dry-cure process. The coated fabrics were exposed to UV light for different periods of time. Subsequently, color difference of reference and treated samples was evaluated by measuring reflectance spectra. Also, the raw and treated samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). The color difference of poly ester fabric printed with conventional method is less than the sample printed with digital method.
