This study was aimed at comparison critical thinking disposition of male bilingual and monolingual students of third grade high school in Tabriz and Shiraz cities. In this study, 367 students of between 8682 were chosen from two groups of mathematics and humanistic Sciences fields. thay were selected via multistage cluster random sampling and accomplished California critical thinking disposition inventory with reliability ( α=./59). Research method, was causal- comparison method. Data were analyzed via descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test). Results indicated that:1- In critical thinking tendency, bilingual students in spectrum medium and high, have more critical thinking tendency and monolingual students, in spectrum of low, have more critical thinking tendency. 2- In critical thinking disposition
were not significant between bilingual and monolingual students.
