Growing Information Communication
Technologies (ICT) has gradually affected all
aspects of human life and tourism industry is not
out of this effectiveness. in this paper some key
changes in Information Communication
Technologies (ICT) that gradually revolutionize
the tourism industry are bolded. Internet as a tool
in E-tourism makes an easy way of contact
interactivity between tourism enterprises and
consumers. this nea kind of relationship would
re-engineer the entire process of developing,
managing and marketing tourism products. So
the agents of tourism market see their role being
changed. The paper tries to show progress trend
of tourism industry as a result of focusing on
consumer centric technologies to ensure that the
new sophisticated and experienced consumers
are served. Within this process what is required
is a strategic and tactical management to make a
light organization defining their internal
functions, their relationships with partners and
their interactions with all stakeholders including
consumers.
