The information security has become an important issue in these days because of physical space combination with cyber space and access to information anywhere and anytime. Also business is a more attended filed because a business model can converts the new technology to the economic value and indeed the rule of the business model, is creating value from innovation. Game theory is the new technology for sharing and keeping the knowledge that can use in business engineering approach. Business engineering approach has three layers called strategy, processes and information systems. The strategy layer determines the business model and proposes the goals that need to be achieved for the success of the company. The process layer creates the output needed to fulfill the goals of the strategy. The information systems support the processes in creating the outputs, sometimes actually enabling the processes to fulfill the requirements of customers. We intend using game theory in information systems layer of business model for sharing and keeping the exact, quick and on time knowledge in this paper. There for e-business can approach to its strategy goal with increasing the profit, competitive advantage and more market share and save the cost and time.
