Knowledge Production by Applying Information Technology System and its Impact on Organization Effectiveness (Case Study: Khorasan Razavi Technical & Vocational Training General Office)

In todayʹs information society accessing knowledge is considered a vital issue for the success of most of the organizations. Development of information technologies has largely increased the share of employing information and knowledge globally. Nowadays knowledge as an Intellectual Capital is one of the valuable properties of an organization which by the help of information technology can play an important role in organization success. Today, the issues of information technology and information systems are located on the agenda of the organization board in all organizations. It is normal that information technology-based methods are more economical than traditional methods in providing services for users. In this research knowledge production by applying information technology system and its impact on organization effectiveness from the viewpoint of senior executives are studied. Some properties like Speed and accuracy in performance and access time, storage and retrieval of information in Vocational and Technical General Office of Khorasan Razavi are investigated. According to the research findings 4 factors of Speed and accuracy in performance and access time and retrieval of information in information technology system have direct and positive effect on organization effectiveness and more storage of the information in this system doesn’t have direct and significant effect on organization effectiveness.
