The main objective of this study is to identify the effect of servant leadership on employee satisfaction with the mediating role of trust in supervisor at Ahvaz Ministry of Roads & Urban Development. The research population includes personnel working at Ahvaz Ministry of Roads & Urban Development, according to statistics in 2014, they are 360 individuals. Morgan table and simple random sampling were used for selecting 186 individuals as the research sample and 186 questionnaires were completed then analyzed. In terms of objective, the research method is applied, in terms of data collection, it has descriptive statistics, and there is a causal relationship between the variables. To study and describe the participants’ general characteristics, descriptive and statistical methods such as frequency distribution tables and mean were used. According to the results, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction with the mediating role of trust in supervisor at Ahvaz Ministry of Roads & Urban Development. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and trust in supervisor at Ahvaz Ministry of Roads & Urban Development. In addition, trust in supervisor has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at Ahvaz Ministry of Roads & Urban Development.
