In plastic injection process, the measurement accuracy is higher relative to other methods. Altering the process parameters, it is possible to produce parts with different surface gloss and flexural strength. These parameters are listed as: ingredients, process time and pressure, mold and melt temperature, injection speed and section thickness .They have effect on amount of Glossiness .By making change in each of those parameters we have differences in glossiness and the flexural strength of each product. In this study, PC/ABS blend is used for testing the surface gloss of the injected parts. The device which used in this study is NBMʹs business products, which is from china, HXF88 model with capacity of 140 grams. The panel of device is a semi-automatic and The Most injection elements are controllable. In this study Nova Gloss is a device that calculate the Glossinessʹs level and three-point flexural strength machines is used for computing the flexural strength of parts. The results of this test show that the effective Parameters for glossiness and the flexural strength are: ingredients, melt temperature, maintenanceʹs Pressure which increases the Glossiness and flexural strength of the components are injected. The %50 PC/ABS blend has an excellent surface gloss and The highest flexural strength is also owned 100% PC material.
