    In this study, we use TiO2 nanoparticles and polycarbonate for production of nanocomposite film. At first polycarbonate was dissolved in dichloromethane. Then TiO2 nanoparticles were added to the solution. The effect of LF O2 plasma (800 W) treatment times (1-5 min) on the hydrophilicity, surface morphology of polycarbonate and polycarbonate-TiO2 nanocomposite (20 wt.%) has been studied. Structure of sample characterized using X-ray diffraction analysis. Surface properties of polycarbonate and polycarbonate–TiO2 nanocomposite film were studied by contact angle measurement and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The water contact angle significantly decreased from 90° to 47° after plasma treatment. It is observed that the roughness of the polycarbonate–TiO2 nanocomposite film increases by increasing plasma treatment time.
