    In this study the single-particle level densities are calculated by using the isospin dependent nuclear level density (NLD) formula. The calculations are performed using the experimental data for 28Al achieved from 27Al (n, ) 28Al resonances. The average excitation energy of the 28Al levels in this reaction is E=7.95 MeV. The isospin of these levels is found, T=1 by fitting the experimental data with the NLD formulae. This amount for T is in good agreement with the isospin conservation. The nuclear level densities at the excitation energy, E=20MeV are calculated and the maximum isospin which could exist in the interval contains ground state up to considered excitation energy, E=20MeV is estimated too.
