We have introduced a new model for the problem of power generation expansion planning in a multiperiod horizon which uses several objectives to indicate more realistic conditions. The objectives include Total cost of expansions, generations and fuels; Risk of fuel prices in market; Environmental impacts and the Reliability of the system, within which the first three are minimizing objectives and the last is maximizing. To deal with the several uncertainties laid in this model (i.e., uncertainties in demands, prices and availabilities) we then have used fuzzy approach to modify and improve our model to a Fuzzy Moltiobjective Generation Expansion Planning (FMOGEP) model. A numerical example is solved at the end to more illustrate our approach
