چكيده لاتين :
In this paper, we propose a multichannel add/drop filter based on 2-D PHC slab high-Q nanocavities in
which the wavelength spacing is between 4.3~ 4.4 nm with minimum cross-talk of -22 dB. The other benefits of this
design are simplicity in fabrication process and its small dimensions that make it appropriate for integration with other
elements on a single chip. Simulation is done using 2-D FDTD calculations.
