The Effect of Innovation Strategy on mechanism on Quality of Electronic Banking Services (Case Study: Private Banks of Ilam Province)

Competition among institutions and offices to obtain more share of market and attempts of customers to reach to more satisfactions leads to this that institutions are seeking to obtaining excellent positions in market and also customers are seeking to some signs to reach to the best providers. Reaching to these aims in service markets is more sensitive and more important because of specific features and is very important to service organizations. One of the organizations that that has activity in services and has an important role in economy and developing country is bank, so it may be effective in customer satisfaction to raising and improving service quality and how obtain this factor can be of important factors for banks (Venous, 2004, 200). The present study titled the effect of innovation strategy on mechanism on quality of banking services in private banks of Ilam Province, studied this variable. The research method in the present study is implicational and data were collected by descriptive- surveying method. The results of it show that: regarding to significant level that is (0.000) and is less than .05, it was concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between innovation strategies in mechanism and quality of indicating electronic banking services in level of 0.95. The correlation coefficient of this hypothesize is equal to 0.568 that indicate positive relationship between these two variables and also this factor indicate this that for increasing each unit in innovation in mechanism, the quality of electronic banking services increasing for 0.586 unit.
