In this paper, additive model with fuzzy data is used to provide an alternative approach for
estimating returns to scale in data envelopment analysis (DEA). Classic data envelopment analysis models
with deterministic data have been used by many authors to measure returns to scale (RTS) .However, data
envelopment analysis with fuzzy data are, rarely used to measure returns to scale (RTS).
