The aim of present research is studying and investigating relationship between marketing mixes of 7p and accosting. The present research is an operational study and its data were collected by descriptive method. Research population in the present research is including all employees of therapy management of social security of Ilam that are including 175 cases. Research sample was selected by Cochran formula that was 120 cases. Data collecting was done by two questionnaires of marketing mix and accosting that their concept validities were confirmed. Crone bag Alpha was used to evaluate the reliability of questionnaire that was obtained as. /969. Data were analyzed by correlation coefficient of Pearson and correlation coefficient of Spearman and by SPSS software. Findings show that there is a meaningful and direct relationship between marketing mix 7p and accosting.
