Generalized Neutral Cross Efficiency in DEA

Cross efficiency links one Decision Making Unitʹs (DMU) performance with others. This paper generalizes neutral Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) cross efficiency where considers only the output efficiencies and solves a multi objective with s objectives. To choose an optimal solution among alternative optimal solutions we include outputs and, as well, the inputs effect and propose a multi objective with s+m objectives. And this alters the average of cross efficiency of DMUs. Then, the proposed model is converted a linear programming model. Using an example we illustrate the proposed method
