To specify the reservoir characterization and hydrocarbon fluid production of reservoir’s pay zone, drilling operation should be done. One of the major problems that oil and gas industry are commonly encountered with them, is borehole instability which has very large annual costs for oil companies. Thus, in oil industry the study of wellbore stability is strongly felt. By collection data such as in situ stress, pressure of reservoir and well, mechanics properties of drilling fluid and rock, wellbore stability would be resulted to construct the numerical modeling of geo mechanical which would help a lot for evaluating of likely risks in drilling of new wells. In this study, safe mud window was found. In different depths of the well minimum and maximum pressure of the drilling mud were also calculated 60 to 70 MPa and 100 to 110 MPa, respectively. After that, modeling of the well stability was conducted at overbalance and underbalance drilling through entering the mechanical properties in FLAC software. The movement value for the well on the X axis was investigated and indicated that the more distance from the wellbore is, the less movement amount will be. The maximum amount of movement on the X axis was also equal to 2*10-4 meter
