هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی میزان آگاهی دبیران تربیت بدنی از مدیریت آسیب های ورزشی در دبیرستان های شهر شیراز بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل دبیرستان های دخترانه و پسرانه شهر شیراز كه تعداد آنها در زمان تحقیق 204 دبیرستان بود و با توجه به كمی حجم جامعه این تعداد به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند، صورت گرفت. ا بزار اندازه گیری تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسشنامه توسط 5 متخصص تربیت بدنی در زمینه آسیب شناسی تأیید شد. همچنین ضریب اعتبار آلفای كرونباخ برابر 0/83 به دست آمد كه در سطح P=0/001 معنادار بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی شامل كلوموگروف اسمیرنف، t ، تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. در این تحقیق چهار سناریو در مورد آسیب های بالقوه جدی در مدارس را طراحی كرده و از شركت كنندگان خواسته شد كه مناسب ترین پاسخ را انتخاب كنند. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد كه 94/8% دبیران به سناریوی 1، 91/4% به سناریوی 2، 64/5، به سناریوی 3، 64/5% به سناریوی 4، 94/7 درصد پاسخ صحیح داده اند. با توجه به این نتایج كمترین درصد آگاهی دبیران تربیت بدنی در برخورد با سناریوی غش كردن ورزشكار است.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: The various accidents in ambush for all people, especially students. The doctors and physician team are not available all time, so the first aid and curing action is essential before injured person get in hospital. According to the researches, most of injuries occur in high schools. The purpose of this study was to survey the measure of acquaintance of PE teachers about sport injuries management in Shiraz high schools. Method of research: The methodology of this study is descriptive-survey. The population of statistics consists of 204 high schools (all high schools in Shiraz at 2010) and whereas the number of high schools was not so much, all of them selected as sample. To achieve the aims of the study, a questionnaire was developed. To check its validity, it was examined by 5 professors majoring in sport injuries. Cronbach alpha was used to check its reliability and 83% reliability was found, that was significant at P=0/001. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolomogorov-Smirnov test, t test and ANOVA was used. In this study we planned 4 scenarios about serious injuries in high schools and participants were invited to select the one most appropriate response. 1. A pupil collides with an opponent at a football match and is knocked out for a few seconds. 2. A pupil is hit on the hand with a Tennis stick. He/ She complain of pain. 3. A pupil collapses after a race. 4. A pupil falls 10 feet off the climbing wall, He/ She says they cannot move. Results: The results showed 94.8% of PE teachers choose correct answer for scenario 1. 91.4% of them choose correct answer for scenario 2. 64.5% of them choose correct answer for scenario 3 and 94.7% of PE teachers choose correct answer for scenario 4. According to these results, the least percentage of acquaintance of PE teachers was about collapse scenario. Table 1 shows the comparison of sport injuries management between PE teachers according to gender, passing first aid courses and degree certificates. The mean of answers showed that male PE teachers have more acquaintance than female PE teachers about sport injuries (p=0.032, t=2.56), and teachers with first aid training have better performance about sport injuries (p=0.04, t=3.18). Also the results of Tukey test showed there is significant difference between PE teachers (MA) and PE teachers by Associate Degree (p= 0.021, f= 4.71). Conclusion and Discussion: According to the results of the study, acquaintance of PE teachers about sport injuries management is in the appropriate level, but the teachers with any first aid training have not satisfactory performance. We recommend first aid and sport injuries management workshops for training those PE teachers whom they have not enough information about it and this is duty of Education Organization in Fars Province, of course.
