اولين گزارشي از وجود قارچ Leveillula taurica ( Lev.) Arnaud روي گياه Astragalus Ovinus Boiss. L5

جنس گون با ۳۴۰۰ گونه از نظر تعداد گونه در بین گیاهان مقام اول را داراست و در ایران ۸۲۰ گونه دارد كه اغلب انحصاری ایران هستند . گون ها به طور وسیعی در مناطق كوهستانی ایران، به ویژه در ارتفاع ۱۰۰۰ تا ۳۰۰۰ متری رویش دارند. به منظور بررسی وجود قارچهای عامل بیماری روی این گیاه.Astragalus ovinus Boiss نمونه هایی از آن از مناطقی از اشترانكوه استان لرستان از ارتفاع ۲۲۵۳ متری از سطح دریا جمع آوری شد و پس از انتقال به آزمایشگاه ابتدا شناسایی نمونه گیاهی آن انجام شد ، سپس اندام های قارچی میكرومتری شد و تمام مشخصات ماكروسكوپی و میكروسكوپی آنها ثبت و این مشخصات با كلیدهای مربوطه تطابق داده شدند و نهایتا قارچ Leveillula taurica Lev. Arnaud به عنوان عامل بیماری زا در این گیاه شناسایی شد كه این اولین گزارش از وجود این قارچ بیماری زا روی این گونه گیاهی است.

The genus of Astragalus with 3400 species has the highest species among the plants and has 820 species in Iran. The Astragalus species are distributed in mountains region of Iran, especially at 1000-3000m height from sea surface. For survey the existence of fungi disease on this plant, some samples of Astragalus at height of 2253m from Oshtoran kouh of lorestan province were collected and after identify the plant species by the name of Astragalus ovinus Boiss, the fungi organs were be micrometry and all macroscopic character of them were registered and this characters were be compared to special keys and finally the fungi species of Leveillula taurica(Lev) Arnaud was identified, that it is the first report of this fungi species on this plant.
