اصطلاح «تخریب عضلانی» به آسیب ماتركس برون سلولی و سلول های عضلانی ناشی از فعالیت ورزشی اشاره دارد كه معمولاً پس از فعالیتهایی كه دارای یك جزء برونگرا باشند رخ می دهد و در نهایت باعث پارگی ساركولما و ضعف عملكرد طبیعی می گردد و مهم ترین شاخص های غر مستقیم آن سطوح CK و LDH سرمی می باشد. راهبردهای مختلفی در جهت كاهش میزان تخریب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته اند كه می توان به سرما درمانی، اولتراسوند، داروهای ضد التهابی و مصرف مكمل ها اشاره نمود. در این میان اسیدهای آمینه شاخه دار (BCAAs) از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار می باشند. مصرف BCAAs قبل و یا حین فعالیت ممكن است باعث بهبود عملكرد و تأثیر مثبت بر درك فشار و خستگی روانی در ورزش گردد. تحقیقات متعددی نشان دادند كه مصرف نوشیدنی حاوی اسید آمینه ضروری و شاخه دار + كربوهیدرات قبل از تمرین های مقاومتی و استقامتی سبب كاهش CK و LDH میگردد. در برخی تحقیقات نیز تفاوت معنی داری در سطوح CK خون و یا درد عضلانی پس از انقباضات برون گرا بین 3 گروه نوشیدنی (كربوهیدرات ، كربوهیدرات + پروتئین و دارونما) مشاهده نشد. در این تحقیق سعی شد تأثیر مصرف جداگانه و تركیبی كربوهیدرات و اسیدهای آمینه شاخه دار بر CK و LDH سرم و درك درد بررسی شود.
چكيده لاتين :
INTRODUCTION: The term of muscular damage refer to extra cellular matrix and muscular cells damage
induced by physical exercise that usually occur after activities who have a eccentric component and finally
causes the rupture of sarcolemma and weakness in normal function and its most important indirect indicators are
CK and LDH levels of serum. Various strategies have been studied in order to reduce the amount of damage that
can be crayotherapy, ultrasound, anti-inflammatory drugs and consume of supplements. The Branch Chain
Amino Acids (BCAA) have a special place. The consumption of BCAA before or during the exercise may be
causes the functional improvement and positive effect on the stress perception and mental fatigue in sport.
Several studies have shown the consumption of drink contain essential amino acids and branch chain+
carbohydrate before the resistance and endurance training causes reduce of CK and LDH. In some studies also
don’t observe the significant differences in CK levels or muscular pain after the eccentric contractions between 3
group (carbohydrate, carbohydrate+protein and placebo). In this study offer to research the effect of single and
combinatory consumption of carbohydrate and BCAA on CK and LDH of serum and pain perception.
METHODOLOGY: The subjects were 27 untrained young men of volunteer (age 20.8±1.4 , height 172.26±4.16
cm, weight 71.23±5.46 kg, BMI 24±2.45 kg/m2, body fat 13.3±2.5% ) who randomly and double-blind was
divided to 3 group : Suplement1 – BCAA (n=9), Suplement2 – BCAA+CHO (n=9) and Placebo (n=9). Before,
24, 48 and 72 h after the exercise, in the fasting state, to measure CK and LDH values was take 5 cc blood and
muscular pain perception indicator complete by standard scale. 30 minutes after physical exercise 500 cc special
drink was given to each group. For preparation of supplement 1 use BCAA (0.2 gr/kg) and supplement 2 use
glucose as the carbohydrate (0.1gr/kg)+ BCAA (0.1 gr/kg) and placebo use maltodextrin (0.2gr/kg). The muscle
damage make by use of flexor set of knee joint and emphasize on eccentric part of movement likely to Daian
Laroche design. Research hypotheses, using analysis of variance (ANOVA) with repeated measures and
Bonferroni post hoc test if significant at the significance level of p<0.05 were tested. Data analysis was
performed using SPSS software version 16.
RESULTS: With comparison of changes in activity of serum Creatine Kinase and Lactate Dehydrogenase levels
among the three groups were found, only in the time between pre-test to 24 hours post- test, there were
significant difference between the two supplements (p= 0.043 and p=0.005 respectively). Perception of muscle
pain between the supplement groups compared with each other there was not significant differences.
CONCLUSION AND DISSCUSION: The consumption of CHO+Pro supplementation during physical exercise
result to reduction of Cortisol values and increase insulin values compared with placebo group; according to
research results about the effect of Cortisol on muscular damage, a part of observed difference between
supplementary groups in CK and LDH values can be attributed to effect of CHO+BCAA supplement on blood
Cortisol and insulin values and availability of amino acids and this causes acceleration of relief process and
finally result the reduce of CK and LDH diffusion to extra- cellular space. According to founds of this study can
be result BCAA+CHO supplementary can decrease muscle damage indicators in 24 h after a acute traumatic
physical exercise
