The main aim of the present research is to explore the effect of leadership style on employeeʹs creativity with the mediator role of employee trust working in Khuzestan Technical and Vocational Training Organization. In this research, the study population consisted of all employees of Technical and Vocational Training Organization in Khuzestan, whose number stood at 360 individuals. In this research, the sample size was estimated to be 186 individuals according to Cochran formula; moreover, according to Krejcie and Morganʹs table, sample size is 186 individuals. The method of the present research is an applied method by purpose, and it is a descriptive study in terms of data collection, and it is an experimental research based on structural equations in terms of relationship between research variables. For research data collection, three questionnaires were distributed among research sample. In order to examine and describe the general characteristics of the respondents, descriptive statistic methods such as frequency distribution and mean tables were used. Likewise, the analysis of data was conducted using SPSS and Lisrel software program. The results of the research indicated that employeesʹ trust mediates the effect of leadership style on employeesʹ creativity.
