بررسي ساختار تشريحي ساقه تعدادي از گونه هاي Ephedra L. (Ephedraceae) در شمال شرق ايران

Stem anatomical study of some of Ephedra L. (Ephedraceae) species in northeast of Iran

تحقیق حاضر صفات تشریحی مربوط به ساقه 5 گونه از جنس . EphedraL از خانواده (Ephedraceae) در ناحیه شمال شرق ایران بررسی شد. جنس افدرا حدواسط بازدانگان و نهاند انگان است و صفاتی از هر دو زیر شاخه را در بر دارد كه در مورد صفات تشریحی نسبت به بازدانگان قرابت بیشتری با نهاندانگان دارد. گونه های مورد مطالعه در این تحقیق عبارتند از: iE. strobilaceae sarcocarpa E. E. major E.foliata E. intermedia نتایج حاصل از مطالعات تشریحی ساقه، این پنج گونه را از یكدیگر متمایز كرده، اما مطالعات تاكسونومی كلاسیك را تایید نمی نماید.

In the current study, stem anatomical characters of five species of the genus Ephedra L. (Ephedraceae) were investigated in northeast region of Iran. The genus Ephedra is intermediate between Angiospermae and Gymnospermae. The genus has the characters of the both taxa. The anatomical characters of the genus are more similar to Gymnospermae. The species under study include E. intermedia, E. foliata, E. major, E. sarcocarpa and E. strobilaceae. Results of the stem anatomical study showed that the species included in the present study are differentiated based on the characters used but the classic taxonomy of the genus was not supported
