in today current environment, managers try to make their
organizations competitive and responsive by creating on time delivery capability of
quality products and services. To do so, maintenance as a system has a crucial role
in decreasing costs, minimizing equipments down time, improving quality,
increasing productivity and providing equipment reliability and finally, reaching to
the organizationʹs qualitative and quantitative goals. Present research aims
selecting the effective factors in evaluation of optimized maintenance system
strategy and determining criteria, factors preferences and their relationships
