Latin Abstract :
In article the problem of “scissors” between excess liquidity of pension accumulation, and requirements of financing of projects of state-private partnership, with acceptable level of profitability and risk is investigated. Various options of overcoming of this gap on the basis of foreign and domestic experience are offered.
