Latin Abstract :
On the basis generalization theoretical views of scientists-financiers in work the category and terminological analysis considering a current state and expected tendencies of development monetary circulation and allowed to give authorʹs definitions of payment system, local payment system, and national payment system is carried out. Local payment systems are presented, on the one hand, as an evolution stage in formation of national payment system, on the other hand, as its independent link. Theoretical and methodological research of essence local systems and their role and a place in national system allowed to create authorʹs classification by a number of criterions, and also to mark out the specific features of local payment systems indicating perspective character and possibilities of integration in national payment system.
