Abstract :
The business that does not take account of new strategies, methods or techniques in the field of management will no longer exist in the market. On the other hand this case takes prominence in service business excessively. Because labor intensed service business strongly takes the advantage of management approach which focuses on human being. The customers are intolerant of waiting managers for solving a problem. On this direction it is the duty of management approaches to sell the employee on the work and see his self as the depends on employee empowerment. In this study, the concept of empowerment has been discussed in details. Empowerment for businesses, especially face to face relations with customers, is in touch services for enterprises customer satisfaction, increase employee loyalty and reduce job satisfaction raises cost savings and competitive advantages in offering an application that is specified.
