Abstract :
The Topic of seven letters (al-ahrufu‟s-seb‟a) has been took an important place in the literature of Tafseer and Qiraat, but it is not understand concern between The topic of seven letters (al-ahrufu‟s-seb‟a) and reading (qiraat). Seven pass in seven letters (al-ahrufu‟s-seb‟a) and reading (qiraat), because of this, it is supposed that the meaning of seven which pass in seven letters and qiraat is the same. It is known, Ebubekir b. Mucahid took down reading in seven but count of reading is not seven. The topic of seven letters (al-ahrufu‟s-seb‟a) and reading (qiraat) is not connection. With regard to seven letters, hadiths is evidence for reading (qiraat). Readings of Quran with different reading starts with seven letters. Because this seven letters have been there sourse of this reading.
