Abstract
After being deputised of Süleyman Nazif to Kastamonu as governor, Kastamonu gets the owner of literal journal for the first time. Süleyman Nazif encourages Mr. Ahmed Talat (Onay) who is Literature Teacher in Kastamonu High School to issue a literal journal. Hereby Mr. Ahmet Talat starts to issue the journal of Tiraje. In this journal poems and writings of Süleyman Nazif, his neighbourhood and teachers and students of Kastamonu High School have been published. At the same time works of famous people from Istanbul appear in this journal. In this context journal of Tiraje conduced to freshen the cultural area of Kastamonu by mediating the publishment of the works of literate people and also transform the country .
