Abstract :
After the spreaded of the men Rushdie schools in the period of Ottoman State it was tried to open a school for girls. As a result of these efforts, the first girls rushdiye which opened in Istanbul in 1858, then this number has increased rapidly across the country thereafter.The first curriculum of girls rushdiye is not fully known. Nevertheless, the General Regulations of Education removed the uncertainty curriculum of the girls secondary schools then made a new curriculum for girls different than secondary schools of boys. This course has made a number of changes in 1873 to the point. The the most significant changes were in the period of Abdulhamid about the program. According to 1898 records, this date occurs in ibtidai (primary schools) and Rushdiye and training time which consists of a 6-week course for girls, which pertains to the shares of the class program has been developed and implemented almost until the end of this period.For many years the course of the program in question is taught and understood in terms of number of weekly teaching programs are prepared separately for each course in II. Abdulhamid period. In the curriculum; contents of courses to be taught all subjects over the years, the course be applied on methods and techniques, tools and materials to be used, teaching to target behaviors and outcomes were individual statements to be acquired.In line with the curriculum mentioned, primary and secondary level comprehensive education of girls, preparing the one hand, vocational and higher education institutions, as individuals also prepared to life on the other side in the community they get an intellectual and professional background in order to be able to express themselves.
