Abstract :
In this essay orphanage opened in Diyarbekir province by material and sipiritual supports of Armenian minority besides foreign countries like America, England and Germany; especially activities of missionary by orphanages devoted to Armenian children and Governor of Diyarbakır Sir Mehmet Halid’s efforts to prevent these harmful works have been explained under the shed light of archive documents.
