Abstract :

The vertiginous improvements occurring in the computer technology, have been made necessary the visual things and thereby the visual arts in the mankind daily life. In our era art and in very many places of the world especially in improved countries, the art concept has been changed its crust. Completely new art branches and artistic works depend on computer and technology has been born. The people that will explain the meaning and necessity of the art to the next generations undoubtedly are the future’s visual art educators who are already the art teaching students. The students bringing up as the future’s visual art educators must be brought up ready also for the future’s technology. The Basic- design education is one of the most important lessons in the whole institutions that are giving education related to the art. Because the basic-design lesson tries to gain students the art’s principal and elements that are the alphabet of the visual arts. The aims of this study are to expose the necessity of reflections of the improvements occurring in the art world related the computer technology to the basicdesign lessons content took place in the fine arts education departments, to propose suggestions in this issue and explain the digital art concept with examples.
