Abstract :
As the borders have diminished in today’s global world, the organizations need to seek new ways to survive. In this regard, the organizations need to keep track of new opportunities to adapt change. In order to adapt opportunities and innovations the organizations should focus on Human Resources as they are the primary resource of organizations. As the human resources are satisfied, their commitment to organization will increase leading to an increase in consumer demands.Today’s organizations want concrete data in order to analyze the effects of human resource managers on employees. The abstract data of Social Sciences are not enough for employers. Thus, thinkers of new era have started to use mathematical models to study and analyze data regarding human resources. In this study, balanced scorecard will be used as a method to analyze human resources in the context of organization.
