Abstract
In this study, students’ perceived service quality level of Dokuz Eylul University (DEU) Buca Girl Dormitory Service is investigated by using SERVQUAL scale, which is a common service quality measure. Impacts of the dimensions of perceived service quality, which are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, on preference and recommendation are investigated by logistic regression analysis. As a result, it is concluded that perceived service quality has impacts on preference and recommendation of dormitory service.
